i just bought this bottle of omega 3-6-9 from costco that has like 240 pills. Im supposed to take 3 a day for whatever awesome results the pill s provide. Why does it do the things it does? or SUPPOSEDLY do the things it does?

How Long Does Omega 3 Take To Work To Improve Your Memory?
There’s a few points I wanted to address with this one.
First, it’s not just any Omega 3s that help with memory… it’s primarily DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) that is in Fish Oil that helps support memory the most. I’ve been taking Fish Oil for a couple years now, and I can definitely tell when I’ve missed a dose for any reason. Plus, Fish Oil also helps with Cardiovascular health (Heart, Lungs, etc) and Skin health.
Second, it will vary a bit person to person, but most people notice the benefits in as little as a few days or as much as a few weeks. With me, it took about 3 weeks to realize that I hadn’t forgotten why I walked in a room for about the 2 weeks before that… and I would forget like that on a regular basis.
Third, the normal dose of a standard Fish Oil is 3 softgels daily, and that normally gives a daily dose of about 360 mg of DHA. Personally, I take a Fish Oil concentrate because I only need to take 2 pills a day to get that much.
Try it out for a month and see if you don’t notice a difference

I tried taking these high quality krill oil omega 3 supplements, two pills twice a day which is maximum dose.
