The vacuum works just fine but the brush roll doesn’t turn, making it hard to pick stuff up. I’d figured since the vacuum was so old, that it just wasn’t supposed to turn. But I think I’m wrong. Did I assemble it incorrectly or is it really not supposed to turn?
