All foods have protein. Eat enough calories and you’ll be fine as far as protein is concerned. You’re more likely to get too much protein than too little, vegan or not.
Sources for omega-3 fatty acids are flaxseeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hempseed oil, and other seeds and their unrefined oils.

Do You Admit You Jumped On A Hate Or Like Bandwagon..?
..because of the rest of the internet wrestling community?
When I first joined the IWC (lol), I hated Cena at first for no reason at all, but really, he began to grow on me, I smartened up and realised how much of an asset he is to wrestling. I must be the only guy who actually has been watching wrestling a long time but doesn’t non-sensically bash him. I actually like the guy, not a great wrestler but what he does in the ring is good enough, and he receives nothing but praise from the likes of Angle, Flair, Austin, HHH, HBK, JBL, Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, Rob Van Dam and the list goes on. I’m not afraid to say I quite like Cena, but it annoys me that whenever someone says they like him, they suddenly become ‘idiots’. When he returned early for the Royal Rumble last year, I found myself cheering the guy, I found out how hard he worked to get back in the ring, and I found alot of time and respect for him after being knocked back by the fans so much, alot of other guys would have reacted so badly.
I’m proud that I have the balls to stick up for someone everyone “hates” , even if it means getting flamed for it. Does anyone else have any instances of this?
Why Does The Iwc Hate Jeff Jarrett So Much?
Jeff has always been a good worker but most of the the IWC seems to hate him and discredit his career. Meltzer and co have called him a midcarder and doesn’t have it as a main eventer. I personality don’t get it, the guy has been involved in classic matches,has good mic skills and can draw heat from the crowd. Now you could agrue he never deserved his 4 WCW world title reigns because of his friendship with head booker at the time in Vince Russo, and his NWA title reigns in TNA but looking back when he was dominating the main event scene,TNA really didn’t have alot of guys who were credible as main eventers.
