Is fish oil better with its combined ingredients of DHA, EPA and other fatty acids or is taking neuromins DHA alone adequate? I want to lean toward the fish oil (as opposed to cod liver oil due to added vitamins A and D) but i’m still undecided. I’m planning on asking the doc at my next visit, just figured I’d ask here too.

Is Taking Fish Oil Omega 3 Dietary Supplements Equal To Getting The Omega 3 You Need By Eating Fish?
I believe that taking fish oil supplements contains more omega-3 since you are more than likely cooking the fish in question which could eliminate some of the omega-3. While fish obviously does contain Omega 3, it is more than likely not as concentrated as the supplement. Flax seed oil actually contains more Omega 3 than Fish oil so that could actually be a replacement for your fish oil.
What’s The Solution To Japan Getting Control Of International Whaling Commission?
“Japan has succeeded in buying the votes that will give it control of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) later this week, in a major step towards bringing back commercial hunting of whales.
The pro-whaling nation has gained the support of three more small countries to give it a definite majority in the IWC, and so begin in earnest its attack on the international whaling moratorium which has been in force for 20 years.
…..
Japan’s 51 per cent majority will not enable it to scrap the 1986 commercial whaling moratorium. For that it needs a majority of 75 per cent.
But it will enable it to make major changes in the IWC, such as stopping all its conservation work, stopping all discussions of animal welfare in relation to whaling, promoting the trade in whale products and reshaping the organisation in a more pro-whaling fashion.”http://www.commondreams.org/headlines06/…http://news.independent.co.uk/environmen…
