I would recommend it. It’s not going to harm the baby if you don’t but it can only help. I take a DHA/EPA 500mg/200mg softgel made by Country Life. I order it online. They are a great company and they have a lot of natural supplements. Beware of synthetic supplements, your body can’t recognize it and won’t absorb it as readily as a natural supplement. I would never buy anything from the grocery store or pharmacy. Go to GNC or order off the internet.
