When i was an aged care RN i gave it to several patients 3 times a day over a 3month period and it slowed down the progression of alzheimers dementia.
I take it daily in conjucntion with echinacea and my skin has never been clearer, no more pimples. It has also reduces my blood cholesterol a bit (ok to start with though).
My hair is in much better condition.

Which is the better Audio interface for a beginner between these two options? I’m looking in terms of ease of use in particular as i’m not massively pc recording savvy!! Line 6 is cheaper by €50 but Lexicon seems to have more options (i’ll probably only use whichever i buy for about 6mts before up grading to pro tools set up so longevity is not important)

Has Anyone Found That Green Tea And/or Omega 3 Fish Oil Has Helped Their Acne?
I have mild acne 3-4 zits at any given time, and I’ve been using OTC medications and they don’t seem to help all that well. It’s realy not so bad that I have to go to a dermatologist yet, and I have heard that green tea and fish oil can be very effective. Has anyone had any good results with either of these and how much did you take. Thanks
