I have mild acne 3-4 zits at any given time, and I’ve been using OTC medications and they don’t seem to help all that well. It’s realy not so bad that I have to go to a dermatologist yet, and I have heard that green tea and fish oil can be very effective. Has anyone had any good results with either of these and how much did you take. Thanks

The Omega 3 has worked great for me. I take it primarily for depression, but it has also cleared up my skin. A double plus. (I am not sure what dosage of Omega 3 is needed just for clearing up the skin.)
