I need 2 know because i wanna use them but i wanna know do they contain mercury ?

I would say to be sure to use FDA approved pills. It will say right on the bottle, it will also say if it has not been approved. I put a link below that might help.

No. Cod liver oil pills (another substitute for omega-3′s) do though. You’re fine.

some of them do. a good alternative is flaxseed oil pills
